We're encouraging people to bring their horns to any gig and join us when we play Spadina Bus and conga line through the crowd on our patented walk-around. Bring your horn and be a demon for a day! You'll still have to pay cover (if there is one), but you'll get to jam with the band and by showing your horn at our merchandise table, you'll get $5 off the purchase of a CD or T-shirt (may not be applicable at festivals with official merchandise areas).

Here is the music for Spadina Bus for Bb and Eb instruments. I've written out the bass line of the song. When we do the walk-around and you join in, we'll be improvising over this basic form of the song. It's a 12 bar repeated pattern with 8 bars of E concert, then 2 bars of D concert, and then 2 bars of E concert. Play the bass line as written or find a simple part and repeat it during the walk-around, or just improvise like crazy. For me it sounds best when everyone plays very rhythmically. You can basically play any note as long as you propel the rhythm of the piece. Jamming along to the recording is also a good way to get ready to play live. We're looking forward to seeing you at a show.
